Taking care of your Pachamama Dress and Scarf is really easy.

They are made with the highest quality Organic Cotton, the fabric is soft, durable and hand dyed.

Just follow these simple recommendation and you will enjoy your beautiful dress and scarf for many years to come:

1. We only recommend a gentle machine wash cycle or hand wash with cold water. 

2. Dry in a shady spot preferably on a coat hanger. Making sure to gently pull the garment into shape lengthwise to avoid any shrinkage. Please do not tumble dry.

4. We love the un-ironed look, but you may gently iron on a low setting if needed.

DHL Express International Delivery is our reccomended shipping option for tracability and reliablilty. Price will calculated at check out.
Rates will usually be between $15 - $30 and delivery time 3 - 5 Days depending on your location and size of parcel.

Please note:

• International orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
• All international customers are responsible for covering taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
• If taxes and/or duties are refused by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us and we will issue your refund, minus the return shipping cost.
• Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
• Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery and process any customs duties and import taxes.
• Once dispatched you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. We recommend contacting local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order before contacting Indigo Luna.
• A signature is not required by most postal authorities, generally you will have a default Authority To Leave or Return to Postal Office option.
• We will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately, we CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.

Your Ananda pieces are made from the highest quality GOTS Certified Organic Cotton and hand dyed by eye using low impact dyes. This means we can guarentee that no harmful pesticides or fertilisers have been used from plant to your skin.

1. We recommend a gentle machine wash cycle or hand wash with cold water and a delicate or natural washing liquid/powder. 

 
2. Dry in a shady spot preferably on a coat hanger. Making sure to gently pull the garment into shape lengthwise to avoid any shrinkage. Please do not tumble dry as excessive heat may cause fibers to shrink.

3. We love the un-ironed look, but you may gently iron on a low setting if needed.

As they low impact dyes do not contain heavy metals or strong mordents, please allow any small colour discrepenceys or slight fading after many washes and wears. 

Returns

We'll happily accept items in an Unworn & Resellable condition with original tags and sanitary stickers attached for a full refund for the price of the garment.  You will be responsible for return shipping. We are not liable for loss of garments being returned, so we recommend using a traceable delivery method.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to issue your return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Exchanges for other colours or sizes can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery

Please note that there is No Refund or Exchange on Sale Items.

Due to hygiene issues, there is no exchange or refund on undies.
