Indigo Luna Store
is looking for an experienced customer care representative to join our growing  team in our Torquay Office/HQ in Australia. We are looking for the perfect person to evolve with this role and grow with us and our small team.


This full time 12 month contracted role with the chance to continue on. The role will initially involve handling all customer service inquiries and increasing customer satisfaction, including:

  • Replying promptly to customer enquiries via Gorgias, E-Mail, Messenger, Instagram DM’s/comments, phone calls and live chat
  • Handling and communicating returns/exchanges with customers
  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience, turning any issues into a positive experience
  • Using Shopify to follow up on customer orders
  • Create custom orders and ensure a smooth service
  • Overseeing and working with our customer service team to improve systems and productivity
  • Communicate between customer service team, management and distribution team.



We are looking for someone with:

  • A career driven and professional personality, also a kind soul with a passion for eco-conscious fashion
  • Customer service experience within a retail or online environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Perfect written and spoken English. (French, Spanish, German also a bonus!)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great communication with customers: Listens, empathises & understands
  • Passion for providing a first-class customer experience
  • A willingness to learn, with an evident desire go above and beyond in all customer interactions
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Fast and efficient worker
  • High level of Mac literacy - experience using Shopify, Gmail, Instagram, Facebook
  • Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a small, tight-knit team
  • Ability to work to time constraints
  • Excellent punctuality, reliability & respect


Own reliable car and driver’s license essential.
