Job Type: Casual Employee, Monday to Friday, approx 25 hours a week
Detail: Casual position. Working from our Office/Warehouse in Torquay, VIC
Mon-Fri 9am- 4pm Daily or as required.
You will assist with filling online orders in our warehouse setting. You will help manage the warehouse and inventory and package goods as part of the supply chain staff.
- Pick items and pack online orders for shipment.
- Contact customers via email if there are any issues with their parcels or delays with parcels
- Re-Order warehouse office inventory and keep stocked and organised, including packaging, paper
- Packing Wholesale orders, and checking orders are correct and sent.
- Send all custom orders to our team in Bali, follow up on production and keep customers informed.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Product quality control
- Ensure that the warehouse and offices are kept clean and warehouse equipment is maintained.
- Assist customers that enter the showroom (Later when it is open)
- Assist in stocktake and inventory, learn about products and materials.
