DHL Express International Delivery is our reccomended shipping option for tracability and reliablilty. Price will calculated at check out.
Rates will usually be between $15 - $30 and delivery time 3 - 5 Days depending on your location and size of parcel.

Please note:

• International orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
• All international customers are responsible for covering taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
• If taxes and/or duties are refused by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us and we will issue your refund, minus the return shipping cost.
• Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
• Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery and process any customs duties and import taxes.
• Once dispatched you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. We recommend contacting local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order before contacting Indigo Luna.
• A signature is not required by most postal authorities, generally you will have a default Authority To Leave or Return to Postal Office option.
• We will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately, we CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.

Plant Dyed Garments

Plant Dyeing is a lost art. These colours come directly from nature and no harmful, synthetic chemicals are used. All waste is organic and can be composted.

Because of the unique and natural process of plant dyeing, a few extra steps are needed to keep the beautiful colours in your garments.

Plant Dyed garments must be gently hand-washed in cold water. Make sure to use a natural, delicate soap. Do not put the garment in direct contact with the soap or powder, it's better to make the water soapy. Do not use Soap Berries, as a natural active ingredient can cause the natural dye to run. 

1. Place the garment into the water and give it a gentle swirl wash.  

2. Drain the water into a nearby plant and refill with clean, cold water. Rinse your garment by swishing it around a few more times, and then gently press it to remove excess water. Try not to wring or twist, as this can distort its shape and cause extra stress on our plant-based dye.  

3. Finally, reshape the garment, and lay it flat on a drying rack or on a fresh towel to air dry.

General Care
Try to avoid strong chemicals such as bleach and citrus juice.

Please try to avoid direct sunlight as the natural dyes tend to fade when left alone the sun for long periods of time.

Steaming/ironing can be done on a low setting.

We hope you appreciate the effort of using these botanical dyes. These colours will never be as strong and robust as synthetic dyes and any imperfections are to be embraced. You are making the responsible choice that is better for the environment and ourselves.

Returns

We'll happily accept items in an Unworn & Resellable condition with original tags and sanitary stickers attached for a full refund for the price of the garment.  You will be responsible for return shipping. We are not liable for loss of garments being returned, so we recommend using a traceable delivery method.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to issue your return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Exchanges for other colours or sizes can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery

Please note that there is No Refund or Exchange on Sale Items.

Due to hygiene issues, there is no exchange or refund on undies.
