Influencer & Affiliate Support

• Assist the Partnerships & Events Manager in managing influencer and affiliate campaigns, partnerships, and gifting initiatives.
• Support with influencer outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining clear, timely communication.
• Help organise calendars and track campaign deliverables and results.
• Ensure all influencer partnership activities reflect the brand’s values and aesthetic.

Offline Affiliate Program Growth

• Expand our offline affiliate presence in Australia by identifying and onboarding aligned partners, including yoga teachers, wellness leaders, creators, and retreat hosts.
• Be a local connector: nurturing affiliate relationships through regular contact and gifting.
• Guide new affiliates in using brand materials, understanding their dashboards, and staying engaged.

Event Support

• Assist the Partnerships & Events Manager in the planning and execution of brand events including brand activations, community gatherings, retreats, pop-ups, launches, and partner-led events.
• Assist in end-to-end event execution, including concept development, budgets, logistics, timelines, vendors, talent, and on-the-ground coordination.
• Collaborate with brand, social, and retail teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and amplification.
• Ensure all events feel intentional, immersive, and aligned with Indigo Luna’s brand ethos.

Admin & Coordination

• Keep systems up to date for tracking outreach, affiliate sign-ups, and content deliveries.
• Assist in responding to incoming affiliate and influencer emails as needed.
• Prepare regular reports to track outreach progress, affiliate sales, and community engagement.

• 1+ years’ experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or events, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or purpose-led brands.
• Confident negotiator with experience working directly with talent and/or agents.
• Strategic thinker with a strong creative instinct and exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep appreciation for Indigo Luna’s values around sustainability, mindfulness, and conscious living.
