Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after placing your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Australian Orders:
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch (3-5 working days for regional areas)
Standard Shipping: Delivery between 2-6 working days from the day of dispatch (6-8 working days for regional areas)
International Orders:
DHL EXPRESS: Delivery is estimated between 3-6 business days from the date of dispatch.

Christmas Shipping Recommendation
To receive your order by Christmas, we strongly recommend placing it by Thursday, December 11th, to align with our processing times and the final recommended deadlines provided by Australia Post and DHL Express.
While orders placed after this date may still reach you before Christmas, this is not guaranteed.
To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn, and re-sellable condition.
You can select your preferred resolution (exchange, store credit, or refund) through our online return portal. Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

International: Flat rate return shipping cost: $35 AUD

Extended Holiday Returns Policy
For ease and flexibility this holiday season, we have extended our Returns Period. Any purchase made in December is eligible for return until January 31st.
A gentle reminder: the item still needs to be in new, unworn condition, and our standard 14 day policy applies to all orders placed outside of December.
If you believe your item may have a manufacturing fault, please send an email to hello@indigoluna.store and include your order number, along with at least 3 high-resolution photos that clearly show the issue. Once we receive this information, our team will review the details and assist you further.
Finding the right size when shopping online can be a challenge. We want you to feel confident in your Indigo Luna pieces, so we're happy to provide some guidance.
For a personalised fit recommendation, we suggest using our WAIR sizing tool on the product page. You can also email your bust, waist, and hip measurements to hello@indigoluna.store, and we'll help you find your perfect fit.
International orders may incur import duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs office. To ensure a smooth checkout and delivery experience, these fees are calculated and paid at checkout so there are no surprise fees on your purchase. Before placing your order, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
If any additional taxes and/or duties are refused by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will issue your refund, minus the return shipping cost.

When an international order is on its way, it's normal for tracking to have some delays and not update for a few days. If you're concerned, you can submit a customer inquiry with the courier directly on the tracking webpage. However, if your tracking hasn't been updated in 15 business days, please send us an email at hello@indigoluna.store, and we'll be able to help you further.
It's also very normal for your parcel's tracking to stop updating once it arrives in customs. We don't have control over border agencies and cannot intervene in their clearance processes. If the customs agency requires information, documents, or payment of any duty/tax fees, they will contact you directly. If you have not received any correspondence, please contact your local customs office directly before reaching out to us.
Usually when there has been an attempted delivery of your parcel it is being held at your local post office for you to collect. The first thing you should do is contact your local post office and ask if they have any information about the parcel. Parcels are usually held for up to two weeks. If you have no luck here, please send us an email at hello@indigoluna.store and we can assist you further.

Plant Dyed Garments
Plant Dyeing is a lost art. These colours come directly from nature and no harmful, synthetic chemicals are used. All waste is organic and can be composted.
Because of the unique and natural process of plant dyeing, a few extra steps are needed to keep the beautiful colours in your garments.
Plant Dyed garments must be gently hand-washed in cold water. Make sure to use a natural, delicate soap. Do not put the garment in direct contact with the soap or powder, it's better to make the water soapy. Do not use Soap Berries, as a natural active ingredient may cause the natural dye to run.
Place the garment into the water and give it a gentle swirl wash. Drain the water into a nearby plant and refill with clean, cold water. Rinse your garment by swishing it around a few more times, and then gently press it to remove excess water. Try not to wring or twist, as this can distort its shape and cause extra stress on our plant-based dye. Finally, reshape the garment, and lay it flat on a drying rack or on a fresh towel to air dry.
Try to avoid strong chemicals such as bleach and citrus juice.
Please try to avoid direct sunlight as the natural dyes tend to fade when left alone the sun for long periods of time.
Steaming/ironing can be done on a low setting, just take extra care.
Other Garments:
- Cold machine wash on gentle cycle with natural detergent
- Turn garment inside out and wash with like colours
- Do not wash with towels
- Tumble dry on low setting. Low iron. Do not dry clean
- Avoid wringing or crushing
- Hang in the shade to dry, away from sunlight
- Consider using a GUPPYFRIEND to minimise microfibre pollution
