Each Indigo Luna design will naturally fit a little differently on each unique body. Due to variations in fabric and style, some pieces may differ slightly from the general fit guide— so we recommend referring to the 'Fit' section on each individual product page for more detailed sizing. For a personalised recommendation, you can also use our WAIR sizing tool available on the product page.

Why do we have different sizes?
When creating our size ranges at Indigo Luna, we consider a few key things—how the fabric moves, the intended fit, and what works best for our makers.
As a brand focused on sustainability, reducing waste during production is really important to us. By carefully testing our designs on a wide variety of beautiful, unique bodies, we’ve been able to simplify our sizing for some pieces while still keeping the shape and feel we love.
Every body is different, so each design will fit a little differently on each person. We hope this helps you choose the size that feels best for you.
LENZING™️ Viscose Fibers
Our signature fabric, LENZING™️ Viscose fibers, are at the heart of our most loved designs, offering a buttery soft feel that have become a favourite over the years among our community. Crafted from certified renewable wood sources, this fabric not only aligns with our commitment to designing with eco-conscious plant fibres but also sets new standards with its responsible production process. LENZING™️'s dedication to reducing environmental impact through responsible sourcing and a closed-loop system mirrors our own values, making it the perfect choice for our signature pieces. Our pieces made with LENZING™ fibers are sourced from certified or controlled wood, and the yarn is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.
Sourcing: Responsibly sourced from certified renewable wood in sustainably managed forests across Austria, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Canada, and locally in Indonesia.

Washing Instructions:
- Cold machine wash on gentle cycle with natural detergent
- Turn garment inside out and wash with like colours
- Do not wash with towels
- Tumble dry on low setting. Low iron. Do not dry clean
- Avoid wringing or crushing
- Hang in the shade to dry, away from sunlight
- Consider using a GUPPYFRIEND to minimise microfibre pollution

Return window: Returns must be requested and shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Unworn and in original condition with tags attached
Packaging: Please reuse original packaging if possible

EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.
To exercise this right, please submit a withdrawal request using the form below.

Once your request has been submitted:
- We will review and verify your order details.
- If your request qualifies as a valid withdrawal under EU law, you will receive confirmation and instructions to proceed.
- You will be directed to our Return Portal to complete the return process.
- Your return will be assessed in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
Please note:
- Rights available under the EU Right of Withdrawal may differ from those available under our standard Return Policy.

RETURNS PROCESS
Australian Returns
Use our Returns Portal here for fast and easy returns:
• Flat rate shipping cost: $10.95 AUD
• Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
• Attach your return label to the package and drop off to nearest Post Office.
• We'll issue your refund, store credit, or exchange once we approve and your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after return arrival.
• Track your return through the Australia Post website using the provided tracking number.
International Returns
Use our Returns Portal here for easy international returns:
• Flat rate return shipping cost: $35 AUD
• Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
• Generate and print a shipping label through our portal. Attach your return label to the package.
• Schedule a pickup from your address by contacting your local DHL, or drop it off at your nearest DHL Service Point..
• We'll issue your refund, store credit, or exchange once we approve your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after return arrival.
Note: If you are outside of the DHL Service Area, you must use your own courier for returns. Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with using an alternative courier.
Faulty Garments
Our products are carefully crafted by hand. However, mistakes can happen. If you receive a faulty item:
• Contact Customer Service immediately with your order number and clear images of the damage/defect
• We offer a 5-week warranty on manufacturing defects, effective from the delivery date
• Our team will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include replacement or reimbursement
• Issues after 5 weeks are considered general wear and tear or improper care
• We reserve the right to request return of the faulty item for inspection before processing a refund or replacement
Refund Processing
• Processing time: Up to 5 business days after return arrival at our warehouse
• Refund method: Original payment method used for purchase
• Store credit/gift card refunds:
- Full purchase: Refunded to original store credit/gift card
- Partial purchase: Original amount reinstated, remaining refunded to original payment method
• Delivery fees, duties, and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable
• Customer Service will notify you via email once your refund has been processed
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Exchange Processing
• Processing time: Up to 5 business days after return arrival at our warehouse
• Specify desired style, size, and colour via return portal
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing
• We cover outbound shipping on your exchange order (Please note: The $35 AUD return shipping cost still applies)
• Choose exchange, store credit, or refund via the return portal
• If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we'll contact you to offer a store credit or refund

Ownership and Liability
• Ownership of your order transfers to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for returned items until they arrive back at our warehouse
• Indigo Luna is not liable for lost returns or items damaged during the return shipping process
