Earth Angels Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the program and outline how Seeds are earned, held, and redeemed. By joining, you agree to the terms set out below. We’ve written these as clearly and gently as we can.
1. Eligibility: The Earth Angels Loyalty Program is open to individuals who:
– Have created an account on indigoluna.store
– Are 18 years of age or older
– Are subscribing as a private individual (not for commercial purposes)
The program is available to customers worldwide. Participation is free. Indigo Luna reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its discretion, including in cases of fraud, misuse, or conduct inconsistent with our values.
2. Earning Seeds: Seeds are our loyalty currency. They are earned in the following ways:
– $1 AUD spent on products = 1 Seed. If the product price has a decimal place, it will be rounded up to the nearest dollar/seed value.
– Seeds are not earned on duties, taxes, shipping, discounted items, third party items or gift cards.
– Product review submitted via Okendo will earn loyalty members 5 seeds, plus another 5 seeds if they include an image.
– Following Indigo Luna on Tik Tok will earn loyalty members 5 seeds
– Following Indigo Luna on Instagram will earn loyalty members 5 seeds

Seeds earned on a purchase will be credited to your account within 1 day, once the order has been fulfilled. Any Seeds earned on a returned order will be deducted accordingly. Seeds have no cash value and are non-transferable. They may not be sold, gifted, or combined across accounts.
3. Program Tiers: The Earth Angels Loyalty Program is structured across four tiers. Your tier is determined by the total Seeds earned within a calendar year (1 January to 31 December).
~ Tier One: 0 to 249 Seeds
~ Tier Two: 250 to 599 Seeds
~ Tier Three: 600 to 1,499 Seeds
~ Tier Four: 1,500+ Seeds
4. Tier Status & Annual Reset: Once you reach a tier, you hold that status for the remainder of the current calendar year and the entire following calendar year. On 1 January each year, tiers are reviewed and reset based on Seeds earned in the prior year. To maintain your tier, you will need to re-qualify annually. If you do not re-qualify, your tier will be recalculated based on your most recent year of activity and you may move into a lower tier. At program launch (6 July 2026), historical purchase data from 1 January 2026 will be used to assign your starting tier. Existing customers will be recognised from day one.
5. Birthday Vouchers: Birthday vouchers are available to members in Tiers Two, Three, and Four. To receive your birthday voucher, your date of birth must be saved in your Indigo Luna account. Vouchers are issued as a discount code delivered to your registered email address. They are valid for a single use within the period specified in the voucher and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated. Birthday Vouchers will expire within 12 months of being issued. Indigo Luna is not responsible for birthday vouchers not received due to an incorrect or missing date of birth in your account.
6. Refer a Friend: When you refer a friend to Indigo Luna:
~ Your friend receives 10% off their first order, valid on a minimum spend of $150 AUD
~ You receive a 10% off coupon once their qualifying order is confirmed
Referral rewards are issued for genuine new customers only. Referrals cannot be made to existing account holders, and self-referrals are not permitted. Indigo Luna reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where misuse is suspected. This referral will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
7. Complimentary Express Shipping: Free Shipping codes are applied at checkout and are nontransferable, non-cumulative, and expire within 6 months of issuing if unused. Complimentary Shipping Codes are sent via email when you reach Tier Three and Tier Four.
8. Seeds Expiry: If your account has had no Seeds-earning or redemption activity for a continuous period of 12 months, your entire Seeds balance will expire. All Seeds expire at once. Individual Seeds do not carry separate expiry dates. We will notify you in advance of any upcoming expiry so you have the opportunity to use your Seeds before they are lost.
9. How Rewards Are Delivered: The majority of your rewards, vouchers, and exclusive content will be delivered via email through our email platform, Klaviyo. To receive your rewards, you must have an active account and a valid email address on file. Indigo Luna is not responsible for rewards not received due to an outdated or inactive email address. Some program features, including your Seeds balance, are also accessible via the Loyalty dashboard within your Indigo Luna account.
10. Changes to the Program: Indigo Luna reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Seeds program at any time. This includes changes to tier thresholds, earning rates, rewards, and terms. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. In the event that the program is discontinued, we will provide notice and a reasonable period in which to redeem any outstanding Seeds or rewards. Please note, any rewards provided in our previous loyalty program flow will still be valid for use, before their set expiration date.
11. Account Integrity: One account per person is permitted. Seeds may not be combined across multiple accounts. Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or fraudulently earn Seeds will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all Seeds and rewards. Indigo Luna reserves the right to audit accounts and reverse Seeds that were earned in error or through fraudulent activity.
12. Privacy: Your participation in the Seeds program involves the collection and use of personal information, including your name, email address, date of birth, and purchase history. This information is used to administer the program and deliver your rewards. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at indigoluna.store. We will never sell your data. We hold it with the same care we bring to everything we do.
13. General: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. For questions, please reach out to our customer care team.
