Winterfall Sizing Reference
Knit Blend
For our knitwear collection this year we have hand-blended Organic Cotton with a touch of recycled fluffy acrylic. So you can feel the softness of Organic Cotton mixed with the warmth of Repurposed Acrylic in long lasting pieces that make you feel wrapped, loved and relaxed. The feel of the material is completely like our beautiful organic cotton but we decided to blend it to make the pieces warmer and fall/flow is the most beautiful way. We don’t use any animal-based fibres in our collections so finding a balance this way for something that will last for years to come.
Sourcing: We have created our own blend of hand-blended Organic Cotton with leftover acrylic that has been collected by hand from various large manufacturers. We rescue the material to prevent it from going to landfill and give it another life through our sustainable designs.

Washing Instructions:
- Hand wash in cold water with natural detergent
- Turn garment inside out and wash with like colours. Do not wash with towels.
- Avoid wringing or crushing. Do not dry clean
- Lay flat in shade to dry
- Never hang your knitwear. Always keep them folded.
- Consider using a GUPPYFRIEND to minimise microfibre pollution
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Our dedicated craftsmen aim for consistency, yet the handmade process introduces subtle differences. Embrace the uniqueness of each piece, as it adds a special touch to every creation.
RETURN POLICY
EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON
All orders placed in December will have until the end of January to return.
Let our Customer Service team know if you prefer an exchange, a 110% store credit, or a refund, and we will process your request upon receiving the returned items. Note that clearance items, and accessories (excluding beach sarongs and scrunchies) are not eligible for return.
AUSTRALIA RETURNS
Australia Post Portal: For fast and easy express returns within Australia, use our Australia Post Portal here. Enter your order number and email address, then follow the steps to generate a shipping label. Present the label at your local Australia Post office for printing and attach it to your return package. (We encourage you to reuse your original packaging!)
Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges or change-of-mind returns are your responsibility. We are not liable for lost garments sent through alternative couriers.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
DHL Returns Portal: For easy express international returns at a flat rate shipping cost of $35 AUD, use our DHL Returns Portal here. Enter your order number and email address, then follow the steps to schedule a DHL parcel pickup.

FAULTY GARMENTS
As an ethical slow fashion brand, our products are carefully crafted by hand. However, mistakes can happen. If we have missed a fault in our quality control, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the damage or defect. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Our faulty claims period is 5 weeks (excluding general wear and tear or improper care).
REFUND PROCESSING
Allow 1-2 business days for our Customer Service team to process your return. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you used store credit or gift cards for the full purchase price, we will reinstate the original amount of store credit. If store credit or gift cards covered only part of the price, we will reinstate the original amount of store credit and process the remaining amount as a refund.
Please note that we will not refund any delivery fees or duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase. Our Customer Service team will notify you once your refund has been processed. We will not accept refunds or exchanges for garments that have not been cared for properly. Read the care tab for each product to ensure proper maintenance.
