We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Our dedicated craftsmen aim for consistency, yet the handmade process introduces subtle differences. Embrace the uniqueness of each piece, as it adds a special touch to every creation.

Please ensure that the items are returned in their original, unworn, and re-sellable condition within 14 days of delivery. 
Kindly note that returns must be made using a new satchel or the original satchel your order was delivered in. Please refrain from using boxes, as returns in boxes will not be accepted.

RETURN POLICY

Let our Customer Service team know if you prefer an exchange, a 110% store credit, or a refund, and we will process your request upon receiving the returned items.
Note that clearance items, and accessories (excluding beach sarongs, scrunchies and tote bags) are not eligible for return.


AUSTRALIA RETURNS

Australia Post Portal: For fast and easy express returns at a flat rate shipping cost of $9.60 AUD within Australia, use our Australia Post Portal here. Enter your order number and email address, then follow the steps to generate a shipping label. Present the label at your local Australia Post office for printing and attach it to your return package. (We encourage you to reuse your original packaging!)

Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges or change-of-mind returns are your responsibility. We are not liable for lost garments sent through alternative couriers.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

DHL Returns Portal: For easy express international returns at a flat rate shipping cost of $35 AUD, use our DHL Returns Portal here. Enter your order number and email address, then follow the steps to schedule a DHL parcel pickup.

Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges or change-of-mind returns are your responsibility. We are not liable for lost garments sent through alternative couriers.


FAULTY GARMENTS

As an ethical slow fashion brand, our products are carefully crafted by hand. However, mistakes can happen. If we have missed a fault in our quality control, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the damage or defect. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Our faulty claims period is 5 weeks (excluding general wear and tear or improper care).


REFUND PROCESSING

Allow 1-2 business days for our Customer Service team to process your return. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you used store credit or gift cards for the full purchase price, we will reinstate the original amount of store credit. If store credit or gift cards covered only part of the price, we will reinstate the original amount of store credit and process the remaining amount as a refund.

Please note that we will not refund any delivery fees or duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase. Our Customer Service team will notify you once your refund has been processed. We will not accept refunds or exchanges for garments that have not been cared for properly. Read the care tab for each product to ensure proper maintenance.
