- We are unable to ship to PO BOX, APO, FPO or DPO (Military addresses).
Please note:
- Due to the remote location of Israel, the minimum spend for Free Shipping to Israel is $500 AUD
- All international customers are responsible for covering additional taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
- Before placing your order, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
- If additional taxes and/or duties are refused by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will issue your refund, minus the return shipping cost.
- We will declare the FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately, we CANNOT put a lower value on the parcel. For further information on your country's customs fees, please contact your local customs office.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order before contacting Indigo Luna.
- A signature is required at the time of delivery. If you choose to request that your order is delivered without a signature, Indigo Luna will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
- Indigo Luna is not responsible for any additional taxes or requests for orders to be left without requiring a signature. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

ORDER PROCESSING
Our order packing hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-2pm (AEST). Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after placing your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Within the days following a new collection launch, there may be slight delays in dispatching your order.
Christmas Shipping Recommendation
To receive your order by Christmas, we strongly recommend placing it by Thursday, December 11th, to align with our processing times and the final recommended deadlines provided by Australia Post and DHL Express.
While orders placed after this date may still reach you before Christmas, this is not guaranteed.
HOLIDAY CLOSURE NOTICE:
To allow our team to rest and reset, our Warehouse and Office Space will be closed from December 25th until January 2nd.
During this time, the processing of orders, returns, and customer care will be temporarily paused, resuming on January 2nd.
