Seeds of Inspiration
In the rhythm of the ordinary, it’s easy to forget something that we are a part of something vast, alive, and interconnected ~ a living universe of energy that moves through everything. Long before we named it, measured it, or tried to explain it, humans felt this truth. In the wind moving through trees. In the pulse of music. In paintings or poetry that makes us pause and feel something we cannot quite describe. These moments remind us that life is sacred.
For this edition of Seeds of Inspiration, our team reflected on the works that nourish our inner lives. These are pieces we return to when we want to reconnect ~ with stillness, with intuition, or with a deeper sense of meaning.
Each recommendation offers a different doorway into reflection. Some explore spiritual philosophy, others awaken a sense of wonder in nature, while others invite us into more contemplative states of awareness.
Together, they form a small spiritual library of works that continue to guide and inspire us.
A Note from Lo (Creative Director): Creativity is and will be our greatest tool agaist AI and something that has always been in such a huge part of my life. My favourite book that I can recommend to anyone is ‘The Artist's Way’ by Julia Cameron. The biggest takeaway: start each day by free journalling 3 pages. Can be anything at all. These morning pages are as simple as basically brain dumping for 3 full pages every morning to clear out all the mental clarity for the creativity to surface. Try it xx
A note from Alexandra (Graphic Designer and Copywriter): Listening to this album feels like entering a meditative state. The sounds unfold slowly and spaciously, almost like a sonic landscape for contemplation. When I listen to it, I feel my mind soften and my awareness expand. It reminds me that spirituality can be experienced not just through words or teachings, but through sound and atmosphere.
A note from Alexandra (Graphic Designer and Copywriter): Hilma af Klint’s work feels deeply spiritual to me because it was created as part of her exploration of higher consciousness. She believed her paintings were guided by spiritual forces, and you can feel that sense of intention in the symbols and forms she used. The ‘Tree of Knowledge’ series reflects the idea of spiritual evolution, reminding me that growth often happens in unseen ways.
A note from Sarah (People and Culture Manager Australia): A poem that always leads me to pause and reflect on the meaning of life and what higher power guides us through. The line "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life" is always in my mind as I make decisions. Because we only get one life!
Who made the world?
Who made the swan, and the black bear?
Who made the grasshopper?
This grasshopper, I mean —
the one who has flung herself out of the grass,
the one who is eating sugar out of my hand,
who is moving her jaws back and forth instead of up and down —
who is gazing around with her enormous and complicated eyes.
Now she lifts her pale forearms and thoroughly washes her face.
Now she snaps her wings open, and floats away.
I don't know exactly what a prayer is.
I do know how to pay attention, how to fall down
into the grass, how to kneel down in the grass,
how to be idle and blessed, how to stroll through the fields,
which is what I have been doing all day.
Tell me, what else should I have done?
Doesn't everything die at last, and too soon?
Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?
A note from Rani (Creative & Content Lead): What I love about Dreams is how it explores the spiritual relationship between humans and nature. Each dream feels symbolic and almost mythic, touching on themes like life, death, memory, and harmony with the natural world. Watching it feels like entering a series of meditations rather than simply following a story.
A note from Rani (Creative & Content Lead): Nowness in general I really love because it shows the stories of people from all over the world ~ different cultures, beliefs and systems for connecting with others and the world around them. This particular one, has just this essence of escapism, where you feel transported for 5 minutes and remember that you are connected to something bigger and greater. Watching this is not about knowing what to do to change the world, but more so is about remembering that we are connected to something greater. Sometimes living with that feeling is enough to move forward with hope.
You can watch it here.
A note from Lucy (Head of Marketing): This book feels like a simple spiritual compass. Its teachings draw from ancient Toltec wisdom, but the principles are incredibly practical. The agreements encourage a way of living with more awareness, compassion, and responsibility for our thoughts and words. It’s a reminder that spirituality can be practiced through the way we show up in everyday life.
1. Be impeccable with your word.
2. Don’t take anything personally.
3. Don’t make assumptions.
4. Always do your best.
We hope these seeds of inspiration spark something in you, as they did for us ♡
