Due to variations in fabric and style, some pieces may differ slightly from the general fit guide— so we recommend referring to the 'Fit' section on each individual product page for more detailed sizing. Why do we have different sizes?
When creating our size ranges at Indigo Luna, we consider a few key things—how the fabric moves, the intended fit, and what works best for our makers.
As a brand focused on sustainability, reducing waste during production is really important to us. By carefully testing our designs on a wide variety of beautiful, unique bodies, we’ve been able to simplify our sizing for some pieces while still keeping the shape and feel we love.
Every body is different, so each design will fit a little differently on each person. We hope this helps you choose the size that feels best for you.
A staple fabric within our Serena collection is crafted from the same sustainably sourced LENZING™️ ECOVERO™️ viscose fibres, now beautifully transformed into a gorgeous rib effect that adds texture and style to our designs. This fabric combines the softness and stretchiness you love with a distinctive ribbed texture. Super soft on the body, this gorgeous fabric feels so light on the skin. Our pieces made with LENZING™ fibers are sourced from certified or controlled wood, and the yarn is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.
Sourcing: Our LENZING™️ ECOVERO™️ Rib Fabric is created from the same responsibly managed forests and certified renewable wood sources as our signature fabric, ensuring an ethical and sustainable approach to fashion.

Washing Instructions:
- Cold machine wash on gentle cycle with natural detergent
- Turn garment inside out and wash with like colours.
- Do not wash with towels.
- Tumble dry on low setting. Low iron. Do not dry clean.
- Avoid wringing or crushing.
- Hang in the shade to dry, away from sunlight
- Consider using a GUPPYFRIEND to minimise microfibre pollution.

General Information
Our dedicated artisans aim for consistency, yet the handmade process introduces subtle differences. Embrace the uniqueness of each piece, as it adds a special touch to every creation.
We offer Exchanges, Full Refunds, or 105% Store Credit on all eligible returns (plus FREE return shipping for Australian orders when choosing store credit).
For sizing assistance, please contact our customer service team before placing your order. We're here to help you find the perfect fit.
Return window: Returns must be requested and shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
Packaging: Please reuse original packaging if possible.
Return shipping costs: Customer's responsibility (Free for Australian orders returned for 105% store credit).

Exclusions
Clearance items, Last Pieces items, Intimate Bottoms (Thong and Brief items), and Wellness & Self Care products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.
To exercise this right, please submit a withdrawal request using the form below.

Once your request has been submitted:
1. We will review and verify your order details.
2. If your request qualifies as a valid withdrawal under EU law, you will receive confirmation and instructions via email to proceed via our Return Portal.
3. Your return will be assessed in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
Please note: Rights available under the EU Right of Withdrawal may differ from our standard Return Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising their EU Right of Withdrawal.

Australian Returns
Use our Returns Portal here for fast and easy returns:
• Flat rate shipping cost: $10.95 AUD (FREE if you select 105% Store Credit).
• Securely pack items using the original packaging if available.
• Generate a return shipping label through our portal. Print and attach the return label to the package (or show your return QR code to staff at the Post Office) and drop off your item.
• We will issue your refund, 105% store credit, or exchange once we approve and process your return.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after the return arrives at our warehouse.
• Track your return through the Australia Post website using the provided tracking number.
• If you prefer to use your own postal method rather than our return portal, please reach out to hello@indigoluna.store for assistance.
International Returns
Use our Returns Portal here for easy international returns:
• Flat Rate Return Shipping Cost: $35 AUD.
• Securely pack items using the original packaging if available.
• Generate and print a return shipping label through our portal, then attach it to your package.
• Schedule a pickup from your address by contacting your local DHL, or drop it off at your nearest DHL Service Point.
• We will issue your refund, 105% store credit, or exchange once we approve your return.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after the return arrives at our warehouse.
• If you prefer to use your own postal method rather than our return portal, please reach out to hello@indigoluna.store for assistance.
Note: If you are outside of the DHL Service Area, the return shipping flat rate will not apply, and you must use your own courier for returns and cover all associated shipping costs.
Faulty Garments
Our products are carefully crafted by hand. However, mistakes can happen. If you receive a faulty item:
• Contact Customer Service immediately with your order number and 3 clear images of the damage or defect.
• We offer a 5-week warranty on manufacturing defects, effective from the delivery date.
• Our team will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or reimbursement.
• We reserve the right to request the return of the faulty item for inspection before processing a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
• Processing Time: Up to 5 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse.
• Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase.
Store Credit & Gift Card Refunds:
• Full Purchase: Refunded to the original store credit or gift card.
• Partial Purchase: Original amount reinstated to the store credit or gift card, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
• Delivery fees, duties, and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• Customer Service will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
• Please allow 3 to 5 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Processing
• Processing Time: Up to 5 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse.
• Choose your desired style, size, and colour via the return portal.
• Exchange pieces are not reserved in advance and are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
• Outbound Shipping: We cover the shipping cost for sending your new exchange item to you (standard return shipping fees apply to send your original item back to us).
• If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer store credit or a full refund.
Please note: Discount codes cannot be applied to exchange orders.
Ownership and Liability
• Ownership of your order transfers to you upon delivery.
• You are responsible for returned items until they arrive back at our warehouse.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns based on item condition or if terms are not met.
