Journal Prompts for End of Year Refections

As 2025 gently comes to a close, we've been slowing down and creating space to reflect on the past 365 days. The beauty, the blessings, and the challenges that have quietly shaped us into who we are now.

These moments of reflection give us the opportunity to savor what felt special. To honour the moments that stretched us, softened us, and invited us to grow — even when we didn’t realise it at the time. We think of journalling as a way of listening more closely to ourselves, and noticing the lessons that arrived disguised as everyday moments.

So we’re sharing these journal prompts as an invitation to pause with us.

To acknowledge what you are grateful for.
To gently release what no longer serves you.
And to consciously create space for what is ready to unfold next.

You can save them for later, or weave them into your meditation or yoga practice. We recommend lighting a candle to ritualize your reflections, maybe burning some incense, and taking a few minutes of stillness or silence before you begin.
