Seeds are our version of loyalty points, chosen with intention. For every $1 AUD you spend with us, you earn 1 Seed. Over time, they accumulate and move you into deeper tiers of the community, each with its own rewards.

Your Seeds balance is visible on our loyalty dashboard when you're logged in to your account.

There are many ways to grow your Seeds. Shopping is just one of them:

• Every $1 AUD spent = 1 Seed
• Leaving a product review via Okendo will earn members 5 seeds, with an extra 5 seeds if an image is included
• Following us on social media, earn 5 seeds per channel
• Joining our newsletter community will earn you 5 seeds
• Send a 10% off Refer-a-Friend voucher to earn on their first purchase, as well as 10% off your next purchase

Seeds are earned on product price only. Duties, taxes, and shipping are not included in the calculation.

If your account has had no earning or redemption activity for a continuous 12-month period, your Seeds balance will expire all at once. Individual Seeds don't carry their own expiry dates. It's your whole balance, together.

We'll always remind you before this happens so you have time to use them.

Four tiers, each one a deeper layer of the community.

• Tier One: 0–249 Seeds
• Tier Two: 250–599 Seeds
• Tier Three: 600–1,499 Seeds
• Tier Four: 1,500+ Seeds

Each tier holds everything from the ones below it, plus something more.

Your tier reflects the Seeds you earn within a calendar year (1 January to 31 December). Once you reach the threshold for a new tier, you move up, and your new benefits come with you for the remainder of that year and all of the next.

Once you reach a tier, you hold it for the rest of the current year and the entire year that follows. Tiers are quietly reviewed each 1 January, based on the Seeds you earned that year. To remain in your tier, you'll re-qualify annually.

If your Seeds from the prior year place you in a lower tier, that's where you'll begin the new year. You'll always have the full year ahead to find your way back, or to reach a higher tier.

Yes. When the program launches, we'll look back at your purchase history from 1 January 2026 to place you in the tier that reflects your relationship with us.

Most of your rewards will arrive in your inbox, sent through our email platform so we can make them feel personal, beautiful, and true to who we are.

To receive your rewards, ensure you have your email address updated in your account.

When you share Indigo Luna with someone new, they'll receive 10% off their first purchase (on a minimum spend of $150 AUD). In return, you'll receive a 10% off voucher as a thank you for bringing someone into the fold.

From Tier Two onwards, we'll send you a birthday voucher to your email. The percentage grows with your tier: 10% at Tier Two, 15% at Tier Three, and 20% at Tier Four.
