While our team is spread across the world, the majority of us call Bali home. At Indigo Luna, most of our team are women ~ something we see as both a responsibility and an opportunity.

This belief inspired our LUNA Project, an internal initiative that supports feminine leadership, personal wellbeing, and conscious growth through workshops, mentorship, and shared experiences. From cycle-awareness education, hormone wellbeing support, tarot, guided meditation and yoga, to empathy workshops, gratitude walls, shared lunches, and curated inspiration resources, every initiative is designed to foster wellbeing, connection, and compassionate leadership.

We believe leadership is strongest when it balances intuition and empathy with clarity and direction, and the LUNA Project reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where people feel supported to grow and thrive.

Alongside our internal team, we work closely with our artisans, manufacturing partners, and suppliers on the island of Bali. These are not distant relationships managed from afar ~ they are people we know personally, visit regularly, and collaborate with throughout every stage of the production journey.

Many of these partnerships have been built over years of working together, creating long-lasting relationships founded on trust, transparency, and mutual respect. We are committed to working with makers who provide fair working conditions, safe environments, and meaningful employment opportunities within their communities.
