Lion's Gate Portal

On the 8th of August the brightest star in the sky, Sirius, rises alongside the sun. It's called the Lion's Gate Portal, and it's said to be the day of the year when the gap between what you want and what you're ready to receive gets smaller, making it a powerful time to manifest.

Manifestation is more than just dreaming, when you break it down it is simply about focusing your attention. What you consistently focus on shapes what you notice, and what you notice shapes what you move towards. Naming what you want, clearly and often, makes it easier to spot opportunities that move you in the right direction, without letting limiting beliefs hold you back.

⟡ Where in my life am I asking for something new but still choosing the current, familiar version of myself?

⟡ If my future self were writing to me right now, what would she want me to stop waiting for permission to do?

⟡ If there was one thing I want to manifest for the rest of the year, what would it be and why?

⟡ What are three things I know I need to do to help me move towards it?

⟡ I feel the ease of things arriving at their right timing.

⟡ I believe in myself and my limitless potential.

⟡ I am expecting abundance in expected and unexpected ways.

⟡ I am becoming the version of myself who already is… / feels… / has…

⟡ I am grateful for everything I already have whilst still growing and moving towards my dreams

⟡ Light a candle or put on some calming music to relax your mind. Manifestation works best when you feel relaxed and are open to receiving.

⟡ Write your goals in the present tense, as though they have already happened and read them back to yourself out loud.

⟡ Take 10 minutes to do an affirming meditation to solidify this energy.

The format matters less than the clarity. A tarot pull, a meditation, a long walk with your goal held quietly in mind, all of it works if it brings you back to the same question:

What am I actually paying attention to,
and is it limiting me or helping me?

This is your reminder that the version of you who you want to be isn't somewhere ahead of you. She's within you, waiting for you to start believing she exists.
