E-Gift vouchers can be used for online purchases on our website and in-store at our HQ in Australia.

*Gift Cards can not be used in Bali stores.

Yes. Vouchers hold a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.

You can find the link on the footer "Check Gift Card Balance", or click here. Check your gift card balance by simply entering the unique code. 

If you don't know your Gift Card code or you have deleted the email by accident, please contact our support team to request it to be re-sent.

No. Our gift cards do not have an expiration date.

When purchasing or issuing a new gift card, scheduling the date as today means the email will be sent immediately. When selecting a date in the future, it will be delivered on that date at 11AM Melbourne Time (GMT+11).

No. Discounts cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Yes. You can buy any product you wish on our website or in our stores.

You will receive an order confirmation email.
Whoever you made the recipient will receive their code via the email provided on the date scheduled.

The gift recipient's email address may be wrong or misspelled.
If this is the case, please contact our support team here and let us know the correct email. We will change the email address and resend it.
