Our Lenzing Plant Viscose garments are made from eco-friendly wood pulp, sourced from responsibly managed forests. Washing Instructions:
- Cold machine wash on gentle cycle with natural detergent
- Turn garment inside out and wash with like colours
- Do not wash with towels
- Tumble dry on low setting. Low iron. Do not dry clean
- Avoid wringing or crushing
- Hang in the shade to dry, away from sunlight
- Consider using a GUPPYFRIEND to minimise microfibre pollution

EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON
All orders placed in December will have until the end of January to return.
Let our Customer Service team know if you prefer an exchange, a 110% store credit, or a refund, and we will process your request upon receiving the returned items. Note that clearance items, and accessories (excluding beach sarongs and scrunchies) are not eligible for return.
AUSTRALIA RETURNS
Australia Post Portal: For fast and easy express returns within Australia, use our Australia Post Portal here. Enter your order number and email address, then follow the steps to generate a shipping label. Present the label at your local Australia Post office for printing and attach it to your return package. (We encourage you to reuse your original packaging!)
Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges or change-of-mind returns are your responsibility. We are not liable for lost garments sent through alternative couriers.
DHL Returns Portal: For easy express international returns at a flat rate shipping cost of $35 AUD, use our DHL Returns Portal here. Enter your order number and email address, then follow the steps to schedule a DHL parcel pickup.

As an ethical slow fashion brand, our products are carefully crafted by hand. However, mistakes can happen. If we have missed a fault in our quality control, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the damage or defect. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Our faulty claims period is 5 weeks (excluding general wear and tear or improper care).
Allow 1-2 business days for our Customer Service team to process your return. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you used store credit or gift cards for the full purchase price, we will reinstate the original amount of store credit. If store credit or gift cards covered only part of the price, we will reinstate the original amount of store credit and process the remaining amount as a refund.
Please note that we will not refund any delivery fees or duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase. Our Customer Service team will notify you once your refund has been processed. We will not accept refunds or exchanges for garments that have not been cared for properly. Read the care tab for each product to ensure proper maintenance.

I looooovvveee this top, its so flattering and the colour is gorgeous, a little deeper earthy tone than the product shots but i actually love it more, its stunning! And would suit many skin tones, its super soft and comfortable, I love peices like these that u can dress up and also just be home comfortable in them.

Super soft and flattering, love that you can wrap in different ways and make it more or less modest. Goes with everything, especially in the white shade. The fabric seems to keep you warm or cool in different weather too. Only thing is the white is white see through. Purchased medium/large and I’m a 10-12 which fits perfectly :)
