• This role sits at the intersection of creative problem solving, content collation and merchandising strategy.
• We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven, organised eCommerce Content & Merchandising Assistant with an excellent visual eye to support the Online Growth Manager with PDP builds, content selection, editing & uploads and website merchandising across our Shopify store.
• It is hands-on and executional, and it asks for strategic thinking as much as taste. Why a collection is ordered the way it is, what a customer sees first on a small screen, and where/how we test next.
• You’ll work closely with the Online Growth Manager and alongside the wider eCommerce and Marketing team, keeping our online store accurate, current and easy to shop across multiple markets. PDP Builds & Product Catalogue

• Create and configure new products in Shopify, with accurate tagging, metafields, collections and pricing
• Build and update PDPs, including product video, imagery, product details and product metafields
• Coordinate with Operations to keep inventory and stock syncing accurate across systems
• Support backend builds for new collections and limited releases
• Run full pre-launch QA checks so new products go live without issues

Website Content

• Edit, upload and manage campaign assets in line with the marketing calendar
• Keep the site feeling current between launches, drawing on our full shoot library so homepage, collection and story pages are refreshed regularly, not only when a new collection drops
• Maintain blog posts, evergreen content pages and storytelling sections of the website
• Support updates in the Shopify Theme Editor, including homepage, landing pages, PDP templates and collection layouts, building and checking every change mobile first

Website Merchandising & UX

• Own weekly product merchandising across collections, including reordering, tagging, cross-sells and recommendations
• Bring a strategic lens to that work, using sell-through, stock position and on-site performance to decide what sits where and why, rather than ordering a grid on looks alone
• Support navigation updates, filtering improvements and on-site UX changes
• Support A/B testing tied to merchandising and layout changes
• Run regular QA checks across desktop and mobile, flagging issues with product display, layout and functionality

• Full working rights within Indonesia - this is a must have
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or Shopify management
• Experience in fashion is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify (Shopify Plus experience preferred)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong QA skills and a strong creative eye
• Organised, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
• Thinks strategically about merchandising: able to form a view on what should change, test it and explain the reasoning
• Comfortable with A/B testing and confident reading results to decide what to keep, change or roll back
• Basic understanding of website UX principles, and a mobile-first instinct for how a page should behave

Technical Development & Garment Construction

• Support the development of garments from sketch to final sample, ensuring technical accuracy and construction consistency.
• Assist in reviewing garment construction, fit, measurements, and finishing throughout the development process.
• Support fitting sessions by reviewing measurements,  taking notes, and following up on revisions with manufacturers.
• Identify and troubleshoot garment construction or fit issues during development stages.

Technical Documentation & Accuracy

• Create, update, and maintain technical packs and product specifications with accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure all development documents, fitting notes, and revision comments are complete, organised, and up to date.
• Maintain clear communication with manufacturers regarding technical comments, corrections, and updates.

Sample Development & Coordination

• Track sample development across all stages, ensuring timelines and revisions are followed closely.
• Prepare samples for fittings, meetings, and production handover.
• Support communication and coordination with local manufacturers regarding sample progress and technical adjustments.

Development Tracking & Reporting

• Document development progress meticulously, including fitting photos, revision notes, and sample history
• Maintain development trackers and ensure all information is updated accurately across all stages

• You are highly organized, technically minded, and passionate about the details that make a garment fit and function beautifully.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a strong eye for precision and consistency, especially regarding fit, measurements, and garment construction.
• Technically Minded: You have a solid understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and how different fabrics behave across categories.
• Process-Driven: You enjoy organising information, following development stages closely, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Collaborative: You communicate clearly with both design teams and manufacturers, and enjoy working in a growing and supportive environment.
• Quality-Focused: You care deeply about product quality, fit consistency, and creating garments that are made to last.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or related field
• 4 - 6 years of experience in garment technical development or product development
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fitting processes
• Deep understanding of grading and measurements
• Ability to create and update technical packs independently
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating technical comments and revisions with manufacturers
