Social Creative Strategist

We’re growing, and so is our digital presence. We’re seeking a Social Creative Strategist who truly lives and breathes content production and social media culture. This role sits at the intersection of creative ideation, content production and social strategy. It’s a hands-on, creatively driven role best suited for someone with an exceptional visual eye, excellent graphic design skills, deep cultural awareness, and an intuitive understanding of how storytelling, mood, and emotion come to life on social platforms. The role will take ownership of Indigo Luna’s social presence, blending creative intuition with strategy to elevate how the brand feels across platforms. We’re looking for someone who scrolls intentionally, notices emerging trends early and knows how to adapt cultural moments in a way that feels aligned, elevated, and distinctly Indigo Luna. Content Creation

  • Develop and execute monthly, cross-platform content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube andSubstack, incorporating key dates, product launches, campaigns and brand moments.
  • Concept, edit and publish platform specific content, with a strong focus on visual brand alignment, authenticity and emotion.
  • Supply timely, thorough briefs for filming and content capture to the team on the ground in Bali.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand, Influencer, and E-Commerce teams to ensure cohesion acrosscampaigns, launches, and seasonal storytelling.
  • Adapt trends thoughtfully and creatively so they feel aligned with Indigo Luna’s values and visual identity, rather than reactive or gimmicky.

Social Strategy, Culture & Growth

  • Live deeply inside social culture, consistently researching, analyzing, and tracking emerging trends, aesthetics, formats and niches.
  • Develop and implement platform specific social and content strategies that utilize brand coded visuals and storytelling sensibilities to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community.
  • Manage daily posting and scheduling across all social platforms with care and intention.

Paid Social Content

  • Utilize brand, influencer/creator and UGC content to produce brand aligned, high-performing, channel specific paid ads across Meta, TikTok & Pinterest.
  • Work with performance marketing partners to A/B test creatives, iterate formats, and identify what resonates both emotionally and commercially.
  • Understand how strong organic storytelling translates into high-performing paid content.

Analytics, Insights & Creative Optimization

  • Track KPIs and deliver monthly performance and insights reports with clear creative and strategic recommendations.
  • Use analytics, social listening, and cultural insights to continuously refine content, balancing performance with brand feeling.
  • Measure success not only through numbers, but through the elevation of Indigo Luna’s emotional, visual, and cultural presence on social.

  • 2–4 years’ experience in social media, design, digital content, or creative marketing roles
  • Deeply immersed in social media culture, you genuinely love scrolling, researching, analyzing trends, and discovering new creators and niches
  • Mid level graphic design skills including proficiency in platforms like Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva etc for editing both still and video content.
  • A natural visual storyteller with refined taste and a strong understanding of visual codes, aesthetics, mood, and emotion.
  • Highly fluent in TikTok culture, trends, editing styles, sounds, storytelling formats, and creator communities
  • Confident in creating content end-to-end and shaping narratives yourself.
  • Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
  • Strong understanding of how organic content supports paid social performance.

Partnerships & Events Manager

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships & Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of all brand, affiliate, influencer, and event partnerships across key markets. This role is responsible for building meaningful, high-impact collaborations that align deeply with Indigo Luna’s values while driving brand equity, social proof, and commercial growth. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who has managed large-scale partnerships end-to-end, confidently negotiates with talent and brands, and thrives in both strategic planning and detailed execution. You will lead a small team, oversee complex timelines and budgets, and ensure every partnership and event strengthens Indigo Luna’s storytelling and community connection.

Partnerships Strategy & Management

  • Develop and own the global partnerships strategy across brand collaborations,influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and creators
  • Identify, pitch, and secure aligned partners that elevate brand perception andintroduce Indigo Luna to new, relevant audiences
  • Build long-term, values-aligned relationships with creators, talent, brands, and community leaders
  • Lead negotiations with talent, agents, and partner brands, including fees,deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring clarity, compliance, and mutual value
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of partnerships, from ideation and briefing through execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis

Partnerships & Events Assistant

We are seeking a Partnerships & Events Assistant to support the Partnerships & Events Manager in scaling our influencer and affiliate programs and assisting with the planning and execution of events. This person will assist with day-to-day influencer, affiliate & event tasks, while building meaningful relationships with conscious creators who align with the Indigo Luna brand. **TAKING APPLICATIONS FROM INDONESIAN RESIDENTS ONLY

Influencer & Affiliate Support

  • Assist the Partnerships & Events Manager in managing influencer and affiliate campaigns, partnerships, and gifting initiatives.
  • Support with influencer outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining clear, timely communication.

Offline Affiliate Program Growth

  • Expand our offline affiliate presence in Australia by identifying and onboarding aligned partners, including yoga teachers, wellness leaders, creators, and retreat hosts.
  • Be a local connector: nurturing affiliate relationships through regular contact and gifting.
  • Guide new affiliates in using brand materials, understanding their dashboards, and staying engaged.

Event Support

Garment Technician / Product Developer

Technical Development & Garment Construction

  • Support the development of garments from sketch to final sample, ensuring technical accuracy and construction consistency.
  • Assist in reviewing garment construction, fit, measurements, and finishing throughout the development process.
  • Support fitting sessions by reviewing measurements,  taking notes, and following up on revisions with manufacturers.
  • Identify and troubleshoot garment construction or fit issues during development stages.

Technical Documentation & Accuracy

  • Create, update, and maintain technical packs and product specifications with accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure all development documents, fitting notes, and revision comments are complete, organised, and up to date.
  • Maintain clear communication with manufacturers regarding technical comments, corrections, and updates.

Sample Development & Coordination

Development Tracking & Reporting

  • Document development progress meticulously, including fitting photos, revision notes, and sample history

  • Detail-Oriented: You have a strong eye for precision and consistency, especially regarding fit, measurements, and garment construction.
