FASHION BUYER

Location: Canggu, Bali
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: CEO

In this role you’ll lead product strategy across the full lifecycle, from planning and pricing to performance analysis and product evolution. By blending customer insights, trend research, and data-driven forecasting, you’ll guide the structure of each collection and ensure every drop meets creative intent and commercial goals.

As the lead for Procurement, you’ll oversee buying and raw material planning to align production with timelines, sustainability commitments, and margin targets. This is a key leadership role at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and conscious sourcing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PRODUCT STRATEGY & MERCHANDISING

Collection Planning & Product Lifecycle Management

• Build and maintain the seasonal product calendar, ensuring balance between creative flow and commercial structure. 

• ​Have a deep understanding of the brand values and design philosophy that resonates with our customers. 

• ​Define product and style architecture, ensuring alignment with design, production and sales targets. 

• ​Lead end-of-quarter analysis, collection post-mortems, and pre-season planning to feed future decisions. 

• ​Identify carryover opportunities, core lines, and replenishment styles to stabilise revenue and reduce waste. 

• ​Propose initiatives to drive new product trials, gaining insights by tracking trends and conducting competitor analyses and shopping trips. 

• ​Plan Merchandise clearance. 

• ​Define retail pricing strategies for every collection. 

• ​⁠Define the margins strategy 



Data-Driven Buying

• Conduct ongoing stock and sales performance analysis: sell-through, margin, size curves, colour performance, lifecycle. 

• ​Forecast product demand, monitor performance by SKU, and identify patterns in customer preferences. 

• ​Use data to guide design briefs—ensuring each drop meets style, category, and performance targets. 

• Support pricing strategies by market, considering costs, positioning, and desired margins. 

• Manage markdown strategy and stock clearance plans with input from Marketing and Customer Experience teams.


Customer & Market Insights 

• ​Own competitor benchmarking, shopping trips (virtual and in-person), and market trend reports. 

• ​Monitor ecommerce product feedback and collaborate with Customer Service to identify recurring customer needs. 

• ​Translate community sentiment and sales insights into actionable feedback for Design and Marketing.​

 

Strategic Collaboration 

• Work closely with Design to structure collections around performance and purpose. 

• Collaborate with Marketing on drop cadence, campaign planning, product storytelling, and pricing narratives. 

• ​Work closely with Data team to make analytical decisions 

• ​Partner with Production to align design handovers and raw material timelines with delivery and release windows.​

 

2. PROCUREMENT OVERSIGHT

Team Management 

• ​Lead and mentor the Procurement team responsible for product buying based on current models. 

• ​Build and lead the buying team as needed. 

• Support development and systems implementation to ensure timelines, quality and sustainability standards are met. 


Raw Material Planning 

• Align material sourcing plans with the buying calendar and production schedule. 

• ​Ensure raw materials meet Indigo Luna’s brand values: regenerative, traceable, ethical. 

• Monitor costs, minimums and lead times to support margin strategy and delivery accuracy.​
 

Supplier & Sourcing Management 

• ​Maintain visibility on supplier performance, building long-term, values-aligned partnerships. 

• ​Oversee onboarding of new suppliers, supporting quality control, relationship development, and ethical compliance. 

• ​Support quick-reaction product decisions by ensuring visibility on available stock, fabrics and lead times. 

ABOUT YOU

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Minimum 3+ years in a Buying, Merchandising, or Product Planning role (fashion, lifestyle or consumer goods). 

• ​Strong analytical capability with experience managing budgets, inventory plans and sales reports. 

• ​Confident using Numbers, Excel or BI tools for forecasting and margin analysis. 

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across design, marketing, and operations. 

• Experience managing a direct report or cross-functional team preferred. 

• Knowledge of or strong interest in ethical sourcing and sustainable production practices. 

• Understanding of ecommerce and international DTC sales cycles is advantageous. 

• ​Fluent in English; familiarity with working across cultures and in dynamic environments.​

This is not a typical fashion buyer role. We're not looking for someone to chase trends or focus only on cost. We’re looking for someone to bring structure to intuition, elevate creative ideas with performance logic, and act as the connector between art and strategy. 

CONTENT & CREATIVE LEAD

Location: Canggu, Bali
Employment Type: Full-time

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Content / Creative Lead to translate vision into vibrant, purposeful campaigns and customer-facing content. Working closely with the Art Director, you’ll transform high-level creative direction into compelling storytelling and cohesive visuals across all platforms.

You’ll lead campaign development from the inside out: planning mood boards, scouting shoot locations, casting models, and ensuring every piece of content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and the campaign’s purpose. You’ll guide the team through the creative process, owning final decisions on execution and consistency across every channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Leadership

  • Interpret and implement brand direction from the Art Director into full-scale campaigns

  • Own the creative process from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and purpose

  • Oversee all customer-facing content, with a focus on storytelling, visuals, and tone


Photoshoot & Campaign Production

  • Lead end-to-end photoshoot planning: from mood boards and shot lists to selecting models, locations, and styling direction

  • Collaborate with the Photographer and Creative team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand standards

  • Maintain visual consistency and campaign clarity across all assets and touch points

Team Collaboration

  • Manage and support the Social Media Manager and Photographer; collaborate with the Graphic Designer for execution

  • Work in sync with the Campaign Coordinator to align timelines, resources, and deliverables

Content Strategy & Optimization

Build and maintain content calendars that integrate marketing plans, product launches, and seasonal moments

Use performance data from marketing, social, and sales teams to refine creative output and messaging

Experiment with new content formats and channels to keep the brand fresh and engaging

ABOUT YOU

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 4+ years in brand, content, or creative roles with international experience (fashion, wellness, or lifestyle preferred)

• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development, storytelling, and visual content across platforms

• Hands-on experience producing and directing photoshoots, including concepting, casting, and location planning

• Strong copy and visual direction instincts, with excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proven ability to lead creative projects from ideation to execution

• Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Leadership or management experience is a plus
