Partnerships & Events Manager
We are seeking an experienced Partnerships & Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of all brand, affiliate, influencer, and event partnerships across key markets. This role is responsible for building meaningful, high-impact collaborations that align deeply with Indigo Luna’s values while driving brand equity, social proof, and commercial growth. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who has managed large-scale partnerships end-to-end, confidently negotiates with talent and brands, and thrives in both strategic planning and detailed execution. You will lead a small team, oversee complex timelines and budgets, and ensure every partnership and event strengthens Indigo Luna’s storytelling and community connection.
Partnerships Strategy & Management
- Develop and own the global partnerships strategy across brand collaborations,influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and creators
- Identify, pitch, and secure aligned partners that elevate brand perception andintroduce Indigo Luna to new, relevant audiences
- Build long-term, values-aligned relationships with creators, talent, brands, and community leaders
- Lead negotiations with talent, agents, and partner brands, including fees,deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring clarity, compliance, and mutual value
- Oversee the full lifecycle of partnerships, from ideation and briefing through execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
- Ensure partnerships drive measurable outcomes across brand awareness, engagement, trust, and sales
Events Strategy & Execution
- Strategize, plan, and execute events of all scales, including brand activations, community gatherings, retreats, pop-ups, launches, and partner-led events
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including concept development, budgets,logistics, timelines, vendors, talent, and on-the-ground coordination
- Collaborate with brand, social, and retail teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and amplification
- Ensure all events feel intentional, immersive, and aligned with Indigo Luna’s brand ethos
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 Partnerships & Events Assistants
- Delegate effectively while maintaining oversight of quality, timelines, and brand alignment
- Create clear processes, workflows, and best practices for partnerships and events
- Foster a collaborative, organized, and high-performing team culture
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, creative and retail teams to align partnerships with wider business goals
- Track performance, ROI, and key learnings across partnerships and events
- Present insights, recommendations, and strategy updates to senior stakeholders
- 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, orevents, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or purpose-led brands
- Proven experience managing large-scale, high-profile partnerships and events from concept to execution
- Confident negotiator with experience working directly with talent, agents, and seniorbrand partners
- Strong understanding of contracts, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
- Strategic thinker with a strong creative instinct and exceptional attention to detail
- Experienced people manager who enjoys leading and developing others
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projectssimultaneously

Garment Technician / Product Developer
Technical Development & Garment Construction
- Support the development of garments from sketch to final sample, ensuring technical accuracy and construction consistency.
- Assist in reviewing garment construction, fit, measurements, and finishing throughout the development process.
- Support fitting sessions by reviewing measurements, taking notes, and following up on revisions with manufacturers.
- Identify and troubleshoot garment construction or fit issues during development stages.
Technical Documentation & Accuracy
- Create, update, and maintain technical packs and product specifications with accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure all development documents, fitting notes, and revision comments are complete, organised, and up to date.
- Maintain clear communication with manufacturers regarding technical comments, corrections, and updates.
Sample Development & Coordination
- Track sample development across all stages, ensuring timelines and revisions are followed closely.
- Prepare samples for fittings, meetings, and production handover.
- Support communication and coordination with local manufacturers regarding sample progress and technical adjustments.
Development Tracking & Reporting
- Document development progress meticulously, including fitting photos, revision notes, and sample history
- Maintain development trackers and ensure all information is updated accurately across all stages
- You are highly organized, technically minded, and passionate about the details that make a garment fit and function beautifully.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a strong eye for precision and consistency, especially regarding fit, measurements, and garment construction.
- Technically Minded: You have a solid understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and how different fabrics behave across categories.
- Process-Driven: You enjoy organising information, following development stages closely, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Collaborative: You communicate clearly with both design teams and manufacturers, and enjoy working in a growing and supportive environment.
- Quality-Focused: You care deeply about product quality, fit consistency, and creating garments that are made to last.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or related field
- 4 - 6 years of experience in garment technical development or product development
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fitting processes
- Deep understanding of grading and measurements
- Ability to create and update technical packs independently
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating technical comments and revisions with manufacturers
