E-COMMERCE MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Manager to oversee and enhance our online sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing our e-Commerce platform, and ensuring an exceptional digital shopping experience for our customers.
This is a pivotal role that combines strategic thinking with operational execution.

Location: Canggu, Bali (physical presence preferred although for the right candidate, we can consider a remote working possibility within the same or similar hours to our team in Bali/WITA).
Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Expertise
• Serve as the in-house expert on Shopify, leveraging the platform's features and capabilities to drive eCommerce success.
• Stay updated on Shopify’s latest trends, updates, and tools, ensuring the website remains competitive and cutting-edge.
• Optimize Shopify apps, themes, and integrations to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Utilize Shopify's analytics tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and drive growth.
• Identify needs, create tailored strategies, and oversee their execution.
• Set and monitor KPIs for website performance, such as conversion rates and average order value.
3. Website Management and Optimization
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimised for SEO.
• Identify friction points and implement UI/UX improvements to enhance the online shopping experience, grounded in a strong understanding of design principles and user psychology.
• Create or manage the content creation, including product descriptions, visual assets, and overall site visuals (e.g., using Photoshop or other design tools).
4. Digital Marketing and Sales Optimization
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns on the website.
• Execute promotions, discounts, and sales strategies.
• Optimize product listings and recommendations based on customer behavior insights.
5. Technology and Platform Management
• Evaluate and integrate eCommerce applications and tools to enhance operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues or coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
• Utilise a basic understanding of programming to implement or suggest technical adjustments.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting
• Track key metrics such as sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and site speed.
• Use analytics tools to identify user behaviors and friction points.
• Report findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
7. Website Design and User Psychology
• Apply advanced knowledge of website design principles to create visually appealing and functional layouts.
• Leverage insights into user psychology to craft designs that engage users and encourage conversions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment between design elements and user experience goals.
8. Other Responsibilities
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for seamless product fulfillment.
• Address customer feedback, including complaints, returns, and inquiries.
• Implement strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
1. Experience:
• Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• >5 years of experience in Shopify, digital marketing, or online retail. Fashion experience is a plus.
2. Technical Proficiency:
• Hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and marketing automation software.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages is a plus.

1. Visual Content Creation
• Design high-quality visuals for email marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s aesthetic and drive engagement.
• Create daily Instagram Stories to keep our audience engaged, showcasing creativity and alignment with current trends.
• Design compelling ads (video and photo) for paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Edit short-form TikTok and Instagram Reels, tailoring content to maximize performance and reach.
• Develop creative posters, website collages, and branded content for a variety of platforms, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
2. Graphic Design & Video Editing:
• Produce graphic assets (e.g., banners, icons, mockups) for the website, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Edit video content for different platforms, ensuring proper formatting, pacing, and storytelling techniques for each audience.
• Combine graphic design and video editing expertise to produce dynamic, engaging visuals that bring the brand story to life.
3. Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
• Participate in content strategy and planning, contributing ideas and insights to align visuals with marketing goals and campaigns.
• Stay ahead of design trends and audience preferences, creating innovative content that resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Creative Director, and other team members to ensure content aligns with the brand’s vision and strategy.
4. Trend Awareness & Audience Understanding:
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences, ensuring content speaks directly to the target audience.
• Proactively suggest and experiment with new content types, visuals, or platforms to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
1. Experience:
• >3 years in graphic design, video editing, or a similar role, ideally in e-commerce or a creative industry.
2. Technical Proficiency:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After
Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Skilled in motion graphics and creating short-form video content for TikTok,
Instagram, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media and email marketing visuals.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align visuals with overarching brand strategy and marketing goals.
• Trend Awareness: Keen eye for trends in design, fashion, and content creation, with the ability to translate them into actionable content ideas.
