We are seeking an experienced Partnerships & Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of all brand, affiliate, influencer, and event partnerships across key markets. With a growing global ecommerce presence and retail footprint in Bali, we are now strengthening our Product & Creative leadership team. We are now seeking an experienced Head of Design to lead the Design Department from a strategic, operational and commercial perspective.
This role is the Head of Department for Design, responsible for the strategic, operational and cross-functional leadership of the Design function. The Head of Design ensures that Indigo Luna’s collections are not only beautiful and aligned with the brand, but also executable, profitable, timely and scalable. You will lead sourcing and fabric strategy, own merchandising and line planning, manage the critical path, and act as a key bridge between your Design team together with Buying, Supply Chain and Finance. Customer Service Officer
We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Bali team.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers — supporting both Indonesian-speaking locals and English-speaking visitors and international buyers as part of our global customer experience team. You will manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp and the Gorgias helpdesk platform, work closely with our store teams in Bali, and help us strengthen the way we connect with our community. This is a role for someone who genuinely cares about people, takes pride in thoughtful communication, and wants to be part of a brand that values intention in everything it does.
WhatsApp Customer Service
- Manage all incoming customer enquiries via WhatsApp Business, responding within agreed timeframes (target: within 1 hour during business hours).
- Handle product enquiries, order tracking, sizing guidance, returns and exchanges, delivery questions, and general support in both English and Indonesian — serving local Bali customers and international visitors alike. Where needed, handle WhatsApp voice calls for situations that require a more personal touch or faster resolution.
- Maintain a warm, helpful, and brand-aligned tone in all WhatsApp interactions.
- Support the WhatsApp Broadcast Channel by assisting with customer engagement content, campaign announcements, product launches, and community updates.

eCommerce Assistant
As Indigo Luna continues to scale globally, our eCommerce channel plays a pivotal role in both revenue growth and brand storytelling. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven and commercially minded eCommerce Assistant to support the Shopify Growth Manager in maintaining and optimising our online store experience.
This is a highly executional role suited to someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs seamlessly, launches flawlessly, and continuously improves. You will sit at the intersection of technical operations, digital merchandising, retention marketing and customer experience — ensuring our Shopify ecosystem is not only functional, but beautiful, intuitive and conversion-focused. Shopify Operations & Integrations
- Independently manage and troubleshoot key eCommerce integrations including Loop Returns, StarShippit and Stocky.
- Conduct weekly QA audits across desktop and mobile to ensure seamless functionality (checkout, shipping logic, discount codes, bundles, payment gateways).
- Monitor site speed, app performance and backend efficiency, flagging and resolvingissues proactively.
- Assist with implementation and testing of new Shopify apps that support CRO, merchandising or operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate backend settings including taxes, shipping zones, currencies and regional configurations.
Website Merchandising, UX & CRO
- Support updates in Shopify Theme Editor including homepage, landing pages, PDP templates and collection layouts.
- Upload and manage campaign assets in alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Execute product merchandising strategy across collections (reordering, tagging, cross-sells and recommendations).
- Implement navigation updates, filtering improvements and on-site UX enhancements.
- Assist with A/B testing initiatives and conversion rate optimisation strategies.
- Maintain blog posts, evergreen content pages and educational storytelling sections of the website.
Product Launches & Catalogue Management
- Create and configure new products across multiple store instances, ensuring accurate tagging, metafields, collections and pricing.
- Optimise PDPs including SEO titles, meta descriptions, alt text and URL structures.
- Coordinate inventory accuracy with Operations and ensure stock syncing is correct across systems.
- Execute backend builds for new collections, bundles, or limited releases.
- Conduct full pre-launch QA checks to ensure flawless go-live execution.
CRM & Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Independently manage Klaviyo daily operations including list hygiene, segmentation and suppression management.
- Build, monitor and optimise key automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, Browse Abandonment).
- Coordinate campaign builds with the Graphic Designer including testing, scheduling and QA.
- Implement A/B testing across subject lines, send times and content blocks to improve performance metrics.
- Monitor retention KPIs including open rate, CTR, revenue per recipient and customer lifetime value.
- Ensure compliance with global data regulations and best practice consent management.
Reporting & Performance Insights
- Assist in compiling Weekly & Monthly eCommerce reports including revenue, CVR, AOV, retention and campaign results.
- Pull insights on product performance, sell-through rates and repeat purchase behaviour.
- Track subscriber growth, database health and segmentation performance.
- Identify actionable insights and opportunities to support growth initiatives.
- 1–3 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or Shopify management.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify (Shopify Plus experience preferred).
- Highly detail-oriented with strong QA and troubleshooting capability.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Familiar with Klaviyo flows, segmentation and campaign builds.
- Basic understanding of CRO, UX principles and SEO best practice.
- Experience with Loop, StarShippit or Stocky is advantageous.
