  • Receive your delivery between 3-6 working days with detailed parcel tracking to know exactly when it will be delivered
  • Delivery times are estimated by DHL and Indigo Luna does not warrant products will be delivered within the estimated delivery time and disclaims any liability for any inconvenience due to late delivery.
  • We are unable to ship to APO, FPO or DPO (Military addresses). 

Please note:

  • All international customers are responsible for covering additional taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
  • Before placing your order, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
  • If additional taxes and/or duties are refused by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will issue your refund, minus the return shipping cost.
  • We will declare the FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately, we CANNOT put a lower value on the parcel. For further information on your country's customs fees, please contact your local customs office.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order before contacting Indigo Luna.
  • A signature is required at the time of delivery. If you choose to request that your order is delivered without a signature, Indigo Luna will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
  • Indigo Luna is not responsible for any additional taxes or requests for orders to be left without requiring a signature. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Our order packing hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-2pm (AEST). Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after placing your order.
